The story of our Chicken Flatties is a fairly simple one. Above all, we’ve always been a butchery. We believe meat, whether braaied, grilled, roasted or fried, should always be interesting. More than that, it should always – we repeat, always – be tasty. Which is exactly why we took to the kitchen with a chicken and peri-peri spice and created our first ever Flattie. Given its popularity, we just knew we had to expand our range. Now, it includes many luscious flavour combinations, including this Lemon Herb Whole Chicken Flattie.
