The story of our Chicken Flatties is a fairly simple one. Above all, we’ve always been a butchery. We believe meat, whether braaied, grilled, roasted or fried, should always be interesting. More than that, it should always – we repeat, always – be tasty. Which is exactly why we took to the kitchen and created our Peri-Peri Whole Chicken Flattie. That’s right! This is the original, and it still remains a favourite. Given its popularity, we just knew we had to expand our range.
