Home-made Monkey Gland Sauce

No Monkeys were harmed in the making of this delicious Home-made Monkey Gland Sauce! It goes perfectly with burgers, chips, steaks, chicken… the list goes on!
Ingredients
oil for frying
1 finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
125ml water
1 (400g) tin chopped tomatoes
250ml Tomato Sauce
225ml Worcestershire sauce
200ml Hot Chutney
6 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoonsVinegar
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Method
Start by heating oil in a saucepan and frying your garlic and onion until soft. Next, stir the rest of your ingredients in and stir through, before reducing the heat. Allow it to simmer for 40 minutes.
