The story of our Kebabs is a fairly simple one. Above all, we’ve always been a butchery. We believe meat, whether braaied, grilled, roasted or fried, should always be interesting. More than that, it should always – we repeat, always – be tasty. Which is exactly why we took to the kitchen with lamb, dried apricots, and skewers – creating our first ever Sosatie. Given its popularity, we just knew we had to expand our range. Now, it includes many luscious flavour combinations, including these Chicken Apricot Sosaties.
