When we first introduced Peri Peri Chicken Wings to our Butchery, we considered keeping them plain. Instead, though, we decided to smother them in this zingy Peri Peri marinade. Not only does it give our Wings a great taste, but it tenderises the chicken and ensures for a wing that isn’t the least bit tough. Above and beyond that, we’ve also gone ahead and skewered our wings – making them easy to to turn on the braai and enjoy once ready. The pack is aprox 400g, wings cook in about 25 – 30 minutes.
